- Submit Campaign Data: Mailing addresses, recipient names, property addresses, demographic information, and targeting criteria for direct mail campaigns;
- Process Payments: Billing information, payment card details (processed securely through Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor), billing address, and transaction history;
- Communicate with Us: Email correspondence, support requests, feedback, inquiries, and any other information you choose to provide in communications with Company;
- Participate in Surveys or Promotions: Responses, preferences, and feedback provided in connection with surveys, contests, or promotional activities.
1.2 Information Automatically Collected
When you access, browse, or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information through cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies, including:

- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Session cookies, persistent cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies used to recognize your device, remember preferences, and analyze Service usage.

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including but not limited to: (a) publicly available databases and data aggregators; (b) marketing partners and data providers; (c) social media platforms (if you interact with us through social media); and (d) service providers who assist us in operating the Services. - Payment Processing: To process payments, billing, invoicing, and financial transactions through our third-party payment processor Stripe, Inc.; to prevent fraudulent transactions and manage financial risk;
- Communications: To send transactional emails, service notifications, order confirmations, receipts, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; to respond to inquiries, comments, questions, feedback, and customer support requests; to provide customer service and technical support;
- Marketing and Promotional Activities: To communicate with you about our products, services, features, promotions, events, newsletters, and other information we believe may be of interest to you (subject to your communication preferences and applicable opt-out rights);

Company processes your information based on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract with you; (b) our legitimate business interests; (c) your consent (where required); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
3. How We Share and Disclose Your Information
Company may share, disclose, or transfer your information to third parties under the following circumstances:
- Service Providers and Business Partners: We share information with carefully selected third-party service providers who perform services and functions on our behalf, including but not limited to: (a) payment processing and financial services (Stripe, Inc.); (b) printing, production, and mailing fulfillment vendors; (c) cloud hosting and data storage providers; (d) customer support and communication platforms; (e) analytics and performance monitoring tools; (f) marketing and advertising partners; and (g) other service providers necessary to operate and deliver the Services. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to maintain confidentiality and security;

- Public Information: Information you post or share in public areas of the Services (such as public profiles, forums, or testimonials) may be viewed, accessed, and used by other Users and third parties.
Important Notice: Company does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not engage in the sale of personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
4. Data Security
Company implements and maintains reasonable and appropriate technical, physical, and organizational security measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss. Our security measures include, but are not limited to: (a) encryption of data in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols; (b) secure storage of data on protected servers with access controls and authentication mechanisms; (c) regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability testing; (d) employee training on data protection and security best practices; (e) use of reputable third-party service providers with strong security practices (including Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant); and (f) incident response and breach notification procedures.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure or error-free. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept that you transmit information to us at your own risk, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
5. Data Retention
Company retains your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation. Our data retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used:
- Account Information: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with us, plus seven (7) years following account closure or termination, in accordance with business recordkeeping and tax compliance requirements;
- Campaign Data and Analytics: Retained for five (5) years from campaign completion for analytics, performance measurement, benchmarking, and business intelligence purposes;
- Payment and Financial Records: Retained for seven (7) years in compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations;
- Communications and Support Records: Retained for three (3) years to maintain customer service history and support continuity;
- Marketing and Analytics Data: Retained for three (3) years or until you opt out of marketing communications;
- Legal and Compliance Records: Retained as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or as required by law.
Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize your information in accordance with our data retention and destruction policies, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it for a longer period.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to act on your behalf, and we may require that you verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights:
To exercise any of the above CCPA rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us via email at contact@postscout.com with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Rights Request." Please include your full name, email address, California address (to verify residency), and a detailed description of your request. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond substantively within forty-five (45) days, or notify you if we require an extension of up to ninety (90) days total. We may require additional information to verify your identity and residency before processing your request.
